Nick was born in Manila, moved to Vancouver to pursue his education and is currently an associate lawyer at Dick W. Eng Law Corporation. 

Nick routinely acts for clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate ranging from condominiums, commercial real estate, luxury homes and entire apartment building complexes. He represents private lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions and has assisted clients with all aspects of commercial leasing.

As part of Nick’s corporate commercial practice, he has advised individual and corporate clients on the purchase and sale of business assets and shares in various industries including retail, food and professional practises. Further, Nick helps clients with general corporate governance including business structures, agreements and day-to-day legal matters.

Nick has experience with estate planning matters and the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys reading, personal finance, hiking where there are nice views and is a car lover.
